Few tips to get best results
Make sure your keys/events have the same names between all observers
(key names are case sensitive)
If you edit your session files exported from Countee mobile app, do not edit them in Excel. Use Notepad (Windows) or Textedit (Mac) as those will not alter the format needed.
Avoid using Return/new line in description field of Keys, sometimes this can be issue
